The Tandoor is a beehive shaped clay oven heated by charcoal. The fierce but even distribution of heat enables meat to cook quickly forming a light crust on the outside leaving the inside moist and succulent.
Our Tandoori dishes are served on sizzlers. All our Tandoori dishes are prepared with our special Tandoori marinade which is a blend whole coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin, tumeric and garam masala mixed in natural yoghurt and served with our Chef’s special sauce.
Quite simply, outstanding
This restaurant falls into my 6-star category - it’s so good I don’t want to tell anyone so I can always get a table!
Found this restaurant on our first night staying at the Holiday Inn and the food and service was so good and so well priced that we went back every night of our stay. Impossible to pick a stand-out item from the menu, but do try the peixe cataplana, you won’t be disappointed!
